Every formula.
Its PDR label.

Manufacturer product-label entries and official THREE fact sheets, kept side by side.

Open Highlights of Prescribing Information on the PDR page for full product details. PDR links request a separate window; your browser may choose a tab. Product facts open here with original-source and download actions.

PDR pages reproduce manufacturer product-label information; they are not independent clinical proof, FDA approval or endorsement. Version note: Éternel’s PDR entry (2023 · 2301.V1.US-EN) describes an older fish-collagen-containing formula and includes apparent text errors. Compare its separate 2026 manufacturer fact sheet and current package label; do not treat that older entry as current ingredients or serving advice. Other historical label versions may also differ from current products.

Start with the methods.
Keep the context.

These are laboratory findings in cell models. They are not trials of people taking today’s products, and historical formula versions have not been matched to current labels.

All six tested in an intestinal-cell model

The laboratory report found higher predicted absorption for each tested formula than for its curcumin control.

Study scope and limitations
What was studied
Tested Collagène, Éternel, Revíve, Purifí, Vitalité and Imúne; historical formula versions and lots unspecified.
What it means
Stephens (Wasatch Scientific) and Gubler (THREE) report predicted absorption for six named formulations, compared with curcumin.
Methods
One-hour assay; three replicates per product, two for control; differing test concentrations; spectrophotometric quantification.
Limits to keep in view
Cell-model predictions are not measured human absorption, clinical outcomes, or superiority to competing supplements. The source cautions against between-product comparisons. No matched formula without delivery technology was tested. Do not promise 3–9.5 times greater benefit or absorption in people.

Manufacturer-hosted in-vitro THLE-2 liver-cell report2023-09 (2309.V1.US-EN)

Four formulas explored for gene-expression activity

The report detected formula-specific changes in selected gene transcripts, offering a starting point for further research.

Study scope and limitations
What was studied
Four historical formulas; Vitalité capsule portion only; no Purifí or Imúne. Test concentrations 50 or 150 micrograms/mL; triplicate assays.
What it means
Paul Davis, Catherine Davis and Dan Gubler tested Vitalité, Revíve, Éternel and Collagène with qRT-PCR after 24-hour exposure.
Limits to keep in view
RNA expression is not direct proof of DNA methylation, gene repair, human longevity, blood sugar control, cognition or weight loss. No formula revision/lot bridge is supplied. Charts and tables contain inconsistent Collagène signs and unusually expressed negative percentages; avoid decorative percentage claims. Potential overlap with the 2025 paper is unresolved, so do not count both as independent replication.

A published study of four formulas in liver cells

The publisher reports product-specific changes in six measured transcripts after 24 hours in cultured THLE-2 cells.

Study scope and limitations
What was studied
Results name Vitalité, Revíve, Éternel and Collagène; abstract methods mistakenly list both 'Reviv' and 'Revíve'. Current formula equivalence unverified.
What it means
Catherine E. Davis, Paul F. Davis and Daniel A. Gubler published Epigenetic effects of four nutraceutical products on human liver cells in Functional Foods in Health and Disease 15(1).
Limits to keep in view
This concerns cells exposed to products, not people taking supplements. It establishes neither clinical benefit nor GLP THREE effects. Full-paper methods, numerical results, funding and conflict disclosures could not be checked in this audit. Avoid presenting the abstract's broad health conclusions as proven outcomes.

In-vitro THLE-2 liver-cell assay; one-page company report2024-03 (2403.V1.US-EN)

Revíve tested for superoxide activity

At 150 micrograms/mL, the table reports 35.87% inhibition in this laboratory assay.

Study scope and limitations
What was studied
Revíve historical formula; revision and lot unspecified; cultured cells only.
What it means
Gubler and Davis evaluated Revíve at 50 and 150 micrograms/mL using a WST-1 assay with absorbance at 450 nm.
Limits to keep in view
No human clinical outcomes or pharmacokinetic data are supplied to substantiate the report's oral-exposure comparison. Sample size and full statistical analysis are absent. The low-dose row reports 3.98% inhibition despite higher mean absorbance than activated control, an unresolved reporting concern. Do not translate this into promises of pain relief, lower inflammation in people or exercise recovery.
