THREESIMPLE SIX

A Great Place to Start

Why I see THREE’s Simple Six as a strong starting point for a thoughtful wellness routine

Good health deserves a place in everyday life. In the food we choose, the time we make for movement, the sleep we protect, and the attention we give our bodies before another busy week carries us away.

The goal is a foundation we can keep building on.

After 38 years in the industry, I personally consider THREE’s Simple Six one of the best starting points to consider for the supplement side of that foundation. What interests me is the combination of a clearly defined collection, attention to formulation, and information people can examine before deciding what belongs in their routine.

Start with consistency

It is easy to become overwhelmed by wellness. There is always another ingredient, another trend, another complicated routine competing for our attention.

A useful starting point should make the next decision clearer. What am I considering? Why would I take it? Does it fit my needs? Can I use it responsibly and consistently?

That is the spirit in which I approach Simple Six. Supplements belong alongside nutritious food, movement, adequate sleep, and appropriate healthcare. They cannot replace a varied diet, and individual needs should determine whether supplementation makes sense. NIH guidance on dietary supplements

Get to know the six

Simple Six brings together Éternel, Vitalité, Collagène, Purifí, Revíve, and Imúne. Each has a different formulation and a different place in THREE’s collection:

  • Éternel combines ingredients including resveratrol, glutathione, and CoQ10 in a formula THREE positions for antioxidant support. Product information
  • Vitalité brings together vitamins, minerals, and other ingredients, with an omega-3 softgel included in its daily packet. Product information
  • Collagène contains marine collagen, vitamin C, biotin, and other ingredients in THREE’s skin, hair, and nail-focused formula. Product information
  • Purifí combines humic shale extract with botanicals including milk thistle, burdock, and dandelion. Product information
  • Revíve includes curcumin, boswellia, and black cumin oil in a formula THREE positions for joint and recovery support. Product information
  • Imúne combines vitamins, minerals, and other ingredients in THREE’s immune-support formula. Product information

The value of a collection is having a clear place to begin learning. It does not mean everyone needs every product.

Make quality and transparency part of the decision

Choosing a supplement deserves more attention than reading the front of a package. Look at its ingredients, serving size, warnings, and the evidence behind the claims. Ask what has actually been tested and what the results can reasonably tell you.

THREE publishes research on its absorption-focused formulations. Its cellular absorption report describes an in-vitro Caco-2 laboratory assay. That gives readers something specific to examine, but the experiment did not establish long-term health benefits in people or prove that taking all six together produces sustained health. All six also appear in the Prescribers’ Digital Reference (PDR) product listings. That makes their information available through another reference source; a listing is not a medical endorsement or a guarantee of results. PDR listings

For me, a worthwhile conversation about quality makes room for those distinctions. You should be able to feel enthusiastic about a product while still asking careful questions.

Before you begin

Start with your own goals and review the current labels with a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or already use supplements. Consider overlapping nutrients and allergies too. NIH supplement safety guidance

Ingredient details matter: Collagène is marine-derived, and published Imúne materials list nano silver. Discuss that ingredient specifically before use; NIH notes that swallowed silver has no known nutritional benefit and can carry risks. Imúne fact sheet, NIH information on oral silver

My view of Simple Six is grounded in the idea of making a considered start. Learn what is available. Choose what is appropriate. Keep the everyday foundations of health in place.

Sustained health is the goal. A thoughtful daily routine is where we begin.
